KAVKA Product Warranty
Our products are built to last — but just in case, we offer a 24-month warranty on every item from our brand. The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials and construction that occur during normal use, as described in the user manual.
It does not cover natural wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or accidents.

Return Procedure:
You have 30 days to return a baby carrier and 14 days for jackets and other accessories without giving a reason.
We accept returns of new products. Of course, removing the product from the packaging and trying it on is not considered use.
We only accept returns for items purchased from our online store.
A receipt and completed return form must be included with the return.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
